Returns & Exchanges

We want your Nuudle to feel like something your hands naturally reach for — easy, grounding, and yours.

If it’s not quite right, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in original condition  
- Item must be returned in its original packaging  

To start a return, email us at itsmynuudle@gmail.com with your order number.

Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer  
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable  

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Because each Nuudle is part of a small, intentional batch, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different piece, you’re welcome to place a new order.
